Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the weight of unspoken words—the love we never confess, the apologies we never say, the dreams we quietly set aside. Life moves so quickly, and in the rush of everyday moments, we often leave the most important things unsaid.
I write stories not just to tell tales of romance, but to explore these silences, these moments where hearts hesitate, where love lingers on the tip of the tongue but never quite escapes. How many times have we let fear hold us back from saying what truly matters? How many times have we watched love slip through our fingers simply because we were too afraid to reach for it?
In my writing, I try to give these quiet emotions a voice. I want my characters to say the things we wish we had the courage to say—to fight for love when it feels impossible, to choose happiness even when it demands risk. Because at the end of the day, love should never be a secret we carry in our hearts. It should be spoken, lived, and embraced with every ounce of our being.
So, if you’ve been holding back—on love, on forgiveness, on chasing what truly sets your soul on fire—consider this your sign. Life is too short for unsaid words. Let love be known.
With love,
Charity
